Grow cute gardens in this sim

In Pocket Oasis, you can cultivate an urban garden you can call your own on a balcony in different European cities. Developed and published by Switzerland-based knit'n'purl game studio LLC, this simulation game offers a cozy and realistic gardening experience that features a variety of plants and decors, hand-painted graphics, and real-life geographical data.

The indie title Pocket Oasis is all about peace, serenity, and reconnecting with nature. Perfect for relaxation, it features casual gameplay that includes watching plants grow and bear fruits and rearranging your garden to your liking. Viridi is a similar game featuring succulent pot gardening.

Seeds of Zen

Pocket Oasis is a gardening simulator that lets you grow and design your little slices of calm and nature on virtual balconies overlooking gorgeous cityscapes in Europe. More than customizing a garden and collecting plants and other items, this casual game focuses on nurturing plants designed to grow almost at a real-world speed. It promises a relaxing and peaceful haven where you can pour tender, loving care.

The game offers three balconies from European cities of your choice. As Daisy or Simon, you can turn each lifeless balcony into a flourishing pocket of nature against stunning backdrops. From a single pot, you can expand your garden with a selection of 36 plant varieties, which include vegetables and herbs. Plus, you can unlock a spread of collectibles comprising 36 customizable pots, 36 bespoke decors, and 20 pets.

The main highlight is the hand-painted, watercolor visuals that are just lovely to look at. Another feature that adds a touch of realism is the integration of the day/night cycle and real-world geographical data to which your plants respond. While the drag-and-drop gameplay gives you freedom in cultivating and designing your garden, it can feel a bit repetitive after a while. There is also no social interaction.

Charming escape

With its breathtaking visuals and calming gameplay, Pocket Oasis promises a delightful escape for casual players looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. This gardening sim prioritizes nurturing and stress-free management in cultivating three balcony gardens in various cities with a wide selection of plants and decors. The plants, ranging from herbs to fruit bushes, even grow based on day/night cycle and real-life geographical and weather data.
